Installation Guide and Bracket Setup for Extinguisher Ball

Method 1: Installation on the wall.

  1. Place the bracket to the intended installation place then make markings for the bracket holes on the surface. With a drill make holes on the markings same size as the screws anchors. Ensure the chosen wall surface is structurally sound enough to support the hardware over its 5-year lifespan.

  2. After the expansion bolt is inserted into the hole, place the bracket in the installation position; Pass the screw through the mounting hole of the bracket and screw in the expansion bolt. Tighten firmly to eliminate any loose movement.

  3. Place the automatic fire extinguishing ball securely on the bracket with the arrow pointing down. Verify that the device is seated evenly and that the activation fuse is unobstructed by surrounding architecture.

Method 2: Installation on a flat surface.

  1. Placing the bracket in the target location on the flat surface; this is ideal for placement atop server racks, inside electrical cabinets, or on heavy-duty shelving units near combustible materials.

  2. Place the automatic fire extinguishing ball securely on the bracket with the arrow pointing down. Confirm the surrounding clearance allows for unhindered 360-degree powder dispersion upon activation.
